FAST SHIPPING:
We make a great effort to ship quickly! Retail orders will receive priority. UPS shipments should take between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Express delivery available upon request and at the expense of the customer at standard Express UPS rates.
BACK ORDERS:
We try to maintain an ample stock of all our products. We will advise you of any back orders and ship them within 48 hours after we receive the products, or we will let you know that you need to reorder at a later date.
SUBSTITUTES:
Truebite, Inc. reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value for all products subject to availability.
DEALER RETURNS:
Other than warranty returns, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Dealer/distributor is responsible for all return shipping charges. All products returned must be in new and re-sellable condition.
